Shipping Policy

• Coverage: We ship to all locations within the United Arab Emirates (GCC shipping may be available upon request).
• Delivery Time: Orders within the UAE are processed and delivered within 2 to 4 business days from the order confirmation date.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Free shipping may apply to orders exceeding a specific threshold (as announced on the website).

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

• Eligibility Period: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their unopened original packaging with the invoice included.
• Exclusions: Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, any toys, tools, or kits that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they possess a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used for payment (takes 7-14 business days) or issued as store credit, minus shipping and return collection fees (if applicable).
